Users must read and be aware of the school - Diocese's email - internet policy. This resource is intended to support the educational needs of students and teachers. Please use this resource wisely and respect other users. Internet activity and inappropriate use is tracked to assist in offering a safe and high quality service to all users. Reports of breaches of security /filtering rules are maintained and automatically forwarded to school / CSO administrators. Email is subject to filtering for bad words and also for spam, and may be delivered to school /CSO administrators for review. Monitoring is ongoing. Passwords must be kept secure and not disclosed to unauthorized personnel. Only appropriate language should be used in forums,email and discussions. Users who do not comply with school/CSO internet policy /code of conduct may face disciplinary / legal action. Students should never disclose personal information on the internet.
