IMPORTANT: If you haven't filled out your password challenge responses, this process will not work. To learn how to create your responses click here.

UserApp is an online tool to enable self management of your CEnet/Windows password.  

If you have forgotten your password, follow the steps below to reset your password

Quick Instruction Guide

1. Navigate to https://userapp.cenet.catholic.edu.au

2. Click Forgotten Password

3. Enter your Username and click submit

4. Once you Username has been populated, click submit

5. Fill out the Challenge Response questions and click submit

6. Enter your new password twice and click submit

Detailed Instruction Guide

1. Open a web browser and navigate to https://userapp.cenet.catholic.edu.au

2. At the login prompt choose Wagga Wagga from the ‘diocese’ drop down menu and then click on ‘Forgotten Password?’

3. At the Username prompt, enter your user id which is everything before the @ sign in your email address. e.g. staff for staff@ww.catholic.edu.au and click submit
   
   
   

4. You will then be prompted to fill out your answers to the challenge response questions you filled out when you originally setup your account.
   
   
   

5. After you correctly enter your answers, you will be prompted for a new password. You will need to enter your new password in twice and click submit

6. If you have entered your new password twice correctly, you will see a success message. You can now close the browser Back to EduCloud
